Intern - Business Transformation

Position Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Business Transformation Team as an RPA Intern. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on exciting process improvement projects and gain valuable experience in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering stakeholder requirements for delivering process automations 

• Continuously improves operational data strategy for accuracy, transparency, efficiency, and user experience 

• Assisting in the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions

• Collaborating with team members to identify process improvements and automation opportunities

• Documenting processes and solutions to ensure clear and effective communication

• Supporting the team with any additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Knowledge of RPA concepts and technologies, understanding about developments in AI or predictive analytics is desirable

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Technology enthusiast who can source innovative digital ideas/technology.

• This role requires an intern to be self-sufficient (or self-learn) in RPA domain where the business transformation team will help in gaining the understanding of business and processes. The successful candidate will receive the opportunity to work with a talented and experienced team. You will have an opportunity to transform the maritime industry.
