Operating as the foundational layer (Tier 1) of the target operating model, this position is strictly focused on Frontline Data Quality. - Initial Error Resolution: Review automated data validation flags and resolve straightforward discrepancies, ensuring compliance with baseline reporting standards before data is escalated.
2. Vessel Communication & Routine Support
- First-Line Crew Outreach: Act as the initial point of contact for shipboard personnel regarding daily reporting submissions, sending routine reminders and clarifications for missing or erroneous logs.
- Administrative Support: Assist Fleet Management team with routine data extractions, basic reporting queries, and entry-level data tracking.
3. Compliance Data Entry & Maintenance
- Regulatory Data Entry Verification: Support Tier 2 by ensuring that all fundamental data points required for IMO DCS, EU/UK MRV, and EU ETS are uploaded completely and correctly on a daily basis.
- Baseline Database Upkeep: Assist in the routine administrative maintenance of the fleet’s fuel consumption baseline database and asset management lists.
4. Training & Documentation Support
- Documentation Maintenance: Assist in organizing and maintaining user manuals, FAQs, and data-field documentation for the voyage reporting platform.
